Sleep and the brain

Sleep is all so important. Sleep and the human brain is a catalyst for healthy living. The brain has tiny neurons which shrink when asleep. Toxic waste is removed by fluids rushing through the brain cells when we sleep. No sleep equates to more brain disorders. Sleep and the brain go hand in hand to fix memories and learning.
The argument is that the psychological reason for sleep is memory gain and learning. Sleep restores brain cells and has protection effects on the brain. Exercise is needed for good brain health.
