Dasheen contains minerals zinc, magnesium, copper iron, manganese, potassium, vitamin b-6, folates, riboflavin, pantothenic acid and thiamine.

Antioxidant heart healthy monounsaturated fats Ingredients - 2 tbsps. olive oil, 2 tbsps. fresh lime juice, 2 tbsps. mongo chutney, 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce, 3/4 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger, 4 (4oz) skinless, boneless chicken-breast halves, cooking spray, 8 cups mixed salad greens, 1 cup diced peeled mango, 3/4 cup diced peeled avocado. Preparation - 1. Prepare grill, combine oil, juice, chutney, soy sauce, ginger in a small bowl. Place chicken on large plate, spoon 2 tbsp. oil mixture over chicken. Turn chicken to coat and sit for 5 mins. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, grill 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, brushing with oil mixture from plate before turning. Arrange greens, mango and avocado. Drizzle reserved dressing over salads. Cal 185/plate Prep time 15 minutes ; Cook time 8 minutes; 4persons

Tea Bread Recipe

Easy for breakfast Ingredients: 12oz hot tea, 12oz dry fruit, 1 egg, 10oz flour, 4oz brnsugar, 2 1/2 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon spice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, little salt. Preparation: Fruits soak in hot tea over 8-12hrs Add egg and sugar to fruits. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and spice. Fold into and pour into a greased loaf pan for baking. Test if ready with skewer to see if dough is clean. Remove from tin. Cool. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. Cooking time: 325deg C Bake 60-75minutes
